As a portrait photographer, I connect the subject and viewer through personality, style, and the inherent magic of human existence. I recently made a set of editorial portraits of small business owners and artists coping with the COVID-19 pandemic that ran in Salt Lake Magazine. As a commercial photographer, I promote brands, people, and products beautifully and succinctly. I recently shot lifestyle fashion images for a designer that imports alpaca fabrics from family farms in Peru and produces accessories in Salt Lake City, UT.  As a former product manager, I understand products, value propositions, branding, and positioning, and this helps me provide the best imagery for my commercial clients.

My goal is to make images that delight the viewer and compel them to want to see and know more.
