Julian Properties Inc., was established in 1984 by D. Carlene Julian. Carlene started her career in sales in the late 1970's selling homes for new homebuilders in the Orlando area. Within a few short years at the age of 27, Carlene opened the doors to her own company, Julian Properties Inc. Since 1984 Julian Properties has been known in the Orlando area as a company that offers professional, ethical, and confidential service for our clients.
