Kocoro is a global boutique consultancy in Digital Strategy and AI, born from fifteen years of work across digital strategy, performance marketing and product design — starting as the focused SEO practice kingseo.es.

Today we do three things well. Digital growth strategy: we get the fundamentals right before the tactics, and build systems where SEO, GEO (being the answer AI hands back), outreach, PR and thought leadership compound instead of just spending budget. Web design & development: business tools engineered to endure, as official Webflow partners or fully bespoke builds. AI consultancy: outcome-oriented integration with method — audit, proof of concept, measured ROI, scale with judgment — because 95% of enterprise AI pilots fail on integration, not on technology.

Since January 2026 we run as a hybrid team: senior practitioners lead direction and judgment while governed AI agents handle scale and consistency. We work from the Canary Islands across Europe and globally, with special focus and experience in financial services and M&A firms. We deliver less, but better.
