Subsequent to the take-over, the firm embarked on restoring good governance and positioned itself for growth. Our core focus is on Real Estate Investment and Development in the commercial, residential and leisure sectors. We aim to invest and develop in a sustainable manner, building communities, whilst partaking in Sri Lanka’s exciting future.

Following a successful Rights issue amounting to LKR 632m in October 2018, the company engaged in a share swap of LKR 5.6bn for the acquisition of six firms in the real estate sector in August 2019.

The company is now a highly diversified real estate entity with land banks, assets under planning, assets under development and operational assets. Our real estate footprint now spans the entire country with further expansions planned in the foreseeable future.
