We're a real estate development company located in Downtown Springfield, Missouri that specializes in specializing! We mostly create unique rental housing options for niche markets. We tend to relate well with seniors, students or just quirky little markets like downtown lofts or some housing need that has either gone neglected or exists that our market hasn't even realized it needs yet! (btw, that's our fav!) We only jump in on projects that we believe we are in for the long haul. So once we build it, we tend to hold onto it and run it - and we pride ourselves on being amazing landlords.
