MORRISON COMPANIES has developed multiple retail sites for tenants like Raising Cane’s, Starbuck’s, Chili’s, Whitney Bank, Lowe’s and others. Beginning in 2007 Shane Morrison was a development partner and owner of multiple Wal-Mart shadow anchored retail developments in Louisiana and Mississippi. These assets were sold in 2017. MORRISON COMPANIES provided full service property management and leasing services for all of the projects and continues in that role today for many of its projects. Currently MORRISON COMPANIES is redeveloping 2 retail projects totaling in excess of one million square feet and developing 2 additional projects totaling in excess of 250,000 square feet.
