Home of Motz Real Estate, the Adenine Building is a unique, co-working office. Originally built by Barney Kroger in 1935 as a prototype Kroger Store, and refurbished in 2007, this building has been the location of many types of businesses – from butcher shop to laundry to home of Iron Horseman bikers to cabinet shop – before today’s reincarnation. Today, several companies share this space, collaboratively – Motz Real Estate, eXp Realty Columbia Tusculum Branch Office, Wilker Design & Marketing.
