Nabholz Properties is a commercial real estate investment and development company based in Conway, Arkansas. Founded in 1983, the company owns retail, office, medical office, commercial land, mixed use projects in Conway, Little Rock, and North Little Rock.

Our area of emphasis is the development and ownership of income producing assets especially with downtown, urban infill, and traditional neighborhood development (TND) projects.
