"I have already recommended y'all to friends, so a 10 it is! Most: The team is an absolute joy to work with - every interaction has been exceptional! The speed of turnaround is also tremendous, we are continuously wowed by how fast it all comes together. Least: We see gaps in animation that could be improved, for example, outro screens with animated logos, rather than static imagery (but fully acknowledging here that we can comment these things and you'd do them so not really a concern!)"
Pros :
- Communication between the initial drafts and the revised drafts and incorporation of input.
- Speed of turnaround of high-quality content and thoughtful scriptwriting to our needs.
Cons :
- Minor oversights in animation art that needed to be caught by our team during review.

I worked with NextDay as part of my job at a large international pharma CRO. We hired them to help develop an animated whiteboard-type instructional video for one of our clients. NextDay was efficient, flexible, easy to work with, and always responsive to questions and concerns. They developed a very professional and effective instructional animation video that met our client's objectives and was also entertaining to watch.
Pros :
- Flexibility, courtesy, responsive communication style. Quick delivery on our requests/
- I have worked with many animation vendors during my career and NextDay is probably my favorite!
Cons :
- My only constructive criticism is that Next Day could have more backup personnel if one of their lead animators is unexpectedly out of the office.

Really wonderful team to work with! The process was really clearly laid out. The team did an amazing job turning a bunch of information into a concise compelling script. We felt they really cared about our finished product. They made edits exactly as we requested. Overall, everyone was very communicative, professional, and easy to work with.
Pros :
- They seemed to truly care about producing a high-quality video that would best suit our needs.
Cons :
- We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience. I can't think of anything we would have liked to see improved.
