Nichols Land & Investment Co. has been growing to serve the Real Estate Investment and Management goals of our clients since 1976.

Founded by Carl Nichols in 1976, our business was started by serving local investors who demanded expert advice and guidance with their Agricultural and Timberland Investments.

Today, more than 40 years later, we are a full-service real estate company specializing in Timberland, Rural Land, Recreational Land and all classes of Commercial Property including Office, Retail, Industrial and Special Use. Our growth as a company has allowed us to better serve the needs of our local clients as well as those of our large and active base of European clients.
