PDM recently developed Vienna Court which stands out as one of the company’s most iconic developments yet. Vienna Court is a premium Grade A office block located on State House Crescent that achieved LEED certification Gold and was awarded the best office development in Africa in the 2017/18 International property awards.

Incorporated in 1963, PDM is an affiliate of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) which has been active in East Africa for nearly a century in the areas of health, education, insurance, tourism, banking, industrial development and property. The major shareholders of PDM are the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED), Jubilee Holdings Limited and Nation Media Group Limited, all of which are part of AKDN.
