Describe your project in brief
We, Avantier, implemented Peeklogic’s app to streamline our internal processes for managing custom optical component orders. The project involved integrating Peeklogic with Salesforce to track order status, inspections, and customer communications in one unified system. We also used it to generate dashboards and reports to monitor project progress and identify bottlenecks.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The centralized tracking of orders and the integration with Salesforce were extremely helpful. The dashboards and reporting capabilities gave us real-time insights into project progress, making collaboration across teams much smoother.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
The interface could be more intuitive for new users, but once configured, it became very effective.
