Doug Wynne, a Charlotte native, graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Business Administration, concentrated in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. Practicing early in his career as a Commercial Real Property Appraisal Apprentice, Doug learned valuation techniques and gained unique experience within the Industrial, Office, Retail, and Multi-family specialties. He then spent over a decade as a Commercial Real Estate Broker for both regional and international commercial real estate companies before creating this firm.

Doug holds a Real Estate Broker License in North and South Carolina, and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). He’s been an active broker in Commercial Real Estate since 1999.
