Platinum Commerce is a Beverly Hills–based certified TikTok Shop Partner that launches and grows consumer brands on TikTok Shop. Named TikTok Shop’s Annual Ecosystem Partner of the Year, Platinum brings creator marketing, live selling, paid media, fulfillment, and proprietary analytics together under one roof.

Brands can work with Platinum in two ways. With Buy & Sell, Platinum buys inventory outright, holds it in its US distribution centers, and sells it on its own TikTok Shop, handling orders, returns, and customer service. With Managed Services, brands keep their inventory and storefront while Platinum runs shop operations, creator and affiliate programs, content, live selling, and GMV Max ads on the brand’s handle.

Every engagement follows the same four-stage growth model: Build & Integrate (shop setup, listings, hero products, pricing), Launch & Seed (creator sampling and the first hundreds of affiliate videos), Scale (GMV Max behind winning content, platform campaigns, and live selling), and Track & Iterate (weekly reporting, with budget shifted to what’s working).

Platinum’s 15,000 sq ft Beverly Hills studio houses 12 live rooms and produces 7,000+ videos a month. As the commerce arm of a consumer-products distributor shipping since 1983, Platinum also runs in-house fulfillment across 13 distribution centers, shipping 10,000+ orders a day with 99% out the same or next day.

All of it runs on Platinum OS, the agency’s proprietary operating system. Partners get a login to the same real-time view the team uses: creators, ads, live, orders, inventory, and the halo effect on Amazon and their own site, measured against an 8-week baseline.
