Paid $400 for “guaranteed” MSN spot; link vanished in days, and PayPal refunded me for non-delivery.

My engagement with Pressiqa (invoiced via The Alpha Linkers Limited) was for a paid, guaranteed placement in an MSN “Top 10 [category] to Follow in 2025” article. I paid USD 400 on Apr 9, 2025. An MSN link with my name went live, but only for a few days before becoming inaccessible without notice. I was then offered publication on a different site (ceogazette.com) that I had not agreed to. I asked for documentation of the stated MSN policy change and received none. They also sent a social graphic stating “msn.com names [my name]…,” which I consider inaccurate. Because I had already shared the MSN link in proposals and social posts, its removal created broken links and credibility issues I had to remediate. I filed a PayPal dispute for service not as described; on Aug 12, 2025 PayPal closed the case in my favor and refunded the payment. Based on this documented experience, I would not engage again and suggest buyers verify deliverable terms and duration in writing.

nothing. I feel it was fraud and deceptive

The lack of transparency. I paid for a “guaranteed” MSN feature, but the link disappeared within days and they proposed a different site I hadn’t agreed to. No documentation was provided for the claimed MSN “policy change.” I was sent a graphic implying MSN had named me to a list (not accurate) and later asked to remove my factual review.
