Procimmo Fund Architecture

PROCIMMO SA is a manager of collective real estate capital investments approved by the financial market supervisory authority (FINMA). Founded in 2007, the company currently manages approximately 3.5 billion Swiss francs of real estate assets divided into five investment funds. Its mission is to create collective capital investment vehicles (mainly real estate investment funds), to manage them in the best interests of investors and to supervise the administration of the buildings forming part of the portfolios under management.
