Quantified invests in a wide range of commercial real estate assets including industrial, retail, office, and multi-family properties with the objective of creating and preserving value for our investors. Our properties are strategically focused on sustainable and growing markets throughout the United States. Quantified’s investments include both new construction development and acquiring along operating existing properties.

We seek to create economic value and long-term growth for our investors, the companies we partner with, and the communities in which we work – We do this by hiring extraordinary people and having flexible capital to meet the current and future demands of the real estate marketplace. The firm was founded by Ajay Dayal, our President.
