Renovare Development is committed to the successful completion of transformational mixed-use real estate development projects in urban neighborhoods and rural main streets. Our approach involves close collaboration with municipal and institutional partners to deliver housing and commercial spaces that are sustainable.

Renovare Development is working in several communities to create dense, walkable communities filled with missing middle (one to four-unit) for-sale homes. A portion of these homes will be set aside as "attainable" for workforce families, whose income is defined by each community. These projects require intense collaboration with local government and other partners to ensure long-term sustainability.
