RoseBay International Realty, Inc. founder, Magdiel "Mike" Rosario launched Sarasota's Rose Management in 1989 as an investment property management venture. Within a few years, the company's success evolved to include not only property management services but also full real estate sales.

Today the company is still owned and operated by Mr. Rosario along with his business partner, Rebecca Culp and they continue to move forward embracing the best opportunities to improve the level of service provided to clients.

RoseBay has embraced technology in both sides of the business. Whether through distribution via the internet of sale and rental properties throughout the world or providing 24/7 access for property owners and tenants, we are always looking to evolve and change to provide the highest level of service to our clients. The company office is conveniently located in Sarasota's stylish Southside Village.

RoseBay is involved in our community supporting a wide range of groups and causes such as Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe, Manatee High School, Southside Elementary, PineView School, Honor Animal Sanctuary and Sarasota Crew. We are active members of Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Southside Village Business Association, and Latin Chamber of Commerce.
