The only downside we noticed with Saigon Technology was occasional delays in communication, but overall, their quality of work and commitment were impressive.
Saigon is timely and, more importantly, they make the effort to understand the requirements clearly. When they deliver the work, it is up to our requirements.

Excellent work with focus on customer satisfaction
Had the pleasure of working with Saigon Technologies Solutions through their daughter company TechTIQ Solutions in Singapore. We were looking for a team to help recover a project after huge sum sank and wasted with other development firms. They had to do everything from scratch and recover all the lost time that we had wasted. Their technical team in Vietnam are knowledgeable and capable and their internal UI/UX delivered what we are looking for. Their customer success model of the daughter company in Singapore ensures that we get what we wanted with minimum hassle, very unlike our past experiences (and we've had our share of bad experiences). Communication was a breeze as we were interfacing with their highly capable Singapore team. QA by their team is tight allowing for quick deployment. Through their daughter company, they are now our go to firm for our software development needs.
