Salma & Company is a full-service family firm, founded by Yasin “Sal” Salma in 1969 and today owned and operated by his children, partners Rhanda Salma, Laila Salma, and Ryan Salma. For 50 years, Salma & Company has navigated clients through every cycle and fluctuation of San Francisco’s unique – and uniquely challenging – real estate market, monitoring trends and advising as to City-specific issues (condominium conversion, rent control laws, planning and permit ordinances, and more).
