Showpony Advertising is a creative agency with more talent in one place than a Eurovision Song Contest. It’s a pretty lofty claim but setting your goals within easy reach isn’t going to generate an atmosphere where people strive to achieve greatness. We hire talented, smart and energetic people and then we push. We prod. And we encourage people to look beyond what they would normally consider to be the answer to a brief and ask themselves is there a more interesting, engaging or entertaining way to say this.
