Start Media is a Singapore Xiaohongshu (小红书 / XHS / RedNote) marketing agency founded in 2022. We help restaurants, cafés, retail and service businesses reach Chinese-speaking customers in Singapore. We run XHS business accounts (6–15 notes a month, with photography, design and native Chinese copywriting), arrange KOC store visits (探店) with 100+ Singapore-based creators, and manage WeChat Channels (视频号) and Dianping. Clients include Mr Triple Hotpots, Happy Lamb Hot Pot, HUDA, Xiangxi Hometown and Tina’s Noodle Kitchen.
