Bradley D. Smith and J. Greg Herman, formerly the founders and executive officers of Mid-South based Weston Retail Properties, lnc., and Weston Retail Management Co., Inc., are the owners of StoneCrest Investments. Founded in Austin, Texas in 2001, StoneCrest Investments specializes in commercial real estate development, investment, brokerage, leasing and property management throughout the southern United States.
The Principals have over 65 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and have been successful in the development and/or leasing and management of over six million square feet of retail commercial space with a portfolio value in excess of $1 billion, as well as directly participated in brokerage transactions valued in excess of $300 million.
