Through the vision of one woman, Cathy Jones, and the hard work of many, we have grown to be one of the largest commercial real estate firms, based on sales volume, in Southern Nevada.

Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was formed in 2006 as a boutique commercial investment brokerage firm with offices in Las Vegas and Phoenix. Ms. Jones brought her record of proven success in sales, leasing, and consulting experience to a wide variety of individual, corporate and institutional clients when she founded Sun. Since then, the Company has grown both in size and depth of services, even expanding after surviving the most intense Great Recession in the past few decades, and tripling our number of commercial agents and support staff. We are a full service brokerage offering Office Sales and Leasing, Retail Sales and Leasing, Industrial Sales and Leasing, Multi-Family, Land, and Hospitality divisions. Our experience is national in scope and locally applied.
