Talbot Realty Group is a real estate brokerage firm serving commercial and residential clients in the New Orleans Metropolitan area, southern Louisiana and Mississippi. Talbot was formed out of Robert F. Talbot and Associates, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage firm started by Bob Talbot in 1967. Throughout the 1970's and early 1980's, Bob handled transactions on many of the most recognizable land parcels and properties in the New Orleans area. Bob was a pioneer in the brokerage of historic redevelopment properties in Downtown New Orleans and he and his son Bobby, who joined the firm in 1984, were instrumental to the tremendous growth of what is now the New Orleans Warehouse/Arts District and riverfront area.
