What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Our team at TaloSmart took a cloud-first approach, building the platform using a scalable architecture that ensures high performance and data security. I collaborated closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and business analysts to deliver a seamless experience that merges functionality with simplicity.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
What I liked the least about TaloHost was the occasional delay in communication between departments during development cycles. While the team was talented and supportive, aligning timelines between design, engineering, and deployment sometimes created bottlenecks. However, this experience also taught me the value of agile communication and structured project management in fast-paced tech environments.
