What we do is allow you to get on with your job as researchers. We start on time. We finish on time. We meet quotas. It's that simple.

With over 30 years of experience, a field team of over 300 & a senior team of 20+ Programmers, Client Managers and Administration Support there isn't an audience we haven't researched.

From lists or free find, every project is overseen by the Projects Director, as well as your personal Client Manager. Every project is reviewed and reported on daily so you never have to ask how your project is progressing. Any issues that may crop up, as they do sometimes, are always dealt with pragmatism and with a solutions based approach.

Quality of our fieldwork & data is hugely important and in addition to spending well over £100k every year on quality, a dedicated Quality Manager & Quality Controllers, we also have the ISO202525 accreditation & full MRS Company Partner status
