Initiated as a pioneering joint project of the LK Domain Registry and the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the University of Moratuwa, TechCERT is now a division of the LK Domain Registry. It has evolved to be a strong IT security and engineering consultancy service provider in Sri Lanka.

TechCERT customers include banks, financial institutions, telecommunication service providers and professional institutes.
