The Barry Company

The Barry Company is proud to have a long and successful history of industrial, office, commercial, land and investment real estate brokerage in the Milwaukee area, across Southeastern Wisconsin and beyond.
The James T. Barry Co. was founded in 1921 by James T. Barry, and is now in its third generation of leadership with James T. Barry III leading the brokerage team.

Over the years, The Barry Company has shaped the commercial real estate industry, conceiving the ideas for what are now some of the State’s largest business parks. Starting with the New Berlin Industrial Park, The Barry Company developed and sold the entire Park by 1970, and was responsible for the development of the Menomonee Falls Business Park, the Bishop’s Woods Office Park and numerous other developments including the initiation of the City of Milwaukee Land Bank.
