The Copley Group owns and manages residential apartments and commercial properties in Boston’s Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South Boston and Fenway neighborhoods as well as in Brookline, Newton, and Stoneham.

Currently, the Company serves approximately 20 associations representing close to 2,000 condominium units in Eastern Massachusetts and manages more than 1,000 residential apartments and approximately 200,000 square feet of commercial space.

Founded in 1965 The Copley Group soon became known as one of the area's leading property management firms with its acquisition of more than 700 rental apartments in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood. As condominiums became an increasingly popular housing alternative, The Copley Group expanded to serve the growing demand for management services specifically geared to condominium and cooperative communities.
