Tracy Sanders began his career in Market Research over 20 years ago in a family run market research firm based in Jacksonville, FL, which makes him a third generation market researcher.

Just a few positions he held over the years were interviewer, call center / sample manager, CATI / data processing programmer, project manager, account executive and vice president of sales & marketing. He has assisted in closing and opening several call centers across North and Central America.

One particular roll Tracy enjoyed most was training the 100's of interviewers and supervisors over the years to conduct unbiased interviewing. Some of the different areas of market research he trained were telephone / recruiting, intercepts, and programing CATI scripts to just name a few.
