The McEnery Company is a diversified real estate services company based in South Louisiana with current real estate appraisal and brokerage licensing across the entire Gulf South region. Peter M. McEnery founded the company in 1980 with an initial focus on commercial real estate brokerage and historic building re-development services with complex inclusions and reliance on historic tax credits and industrial revenue bonds.


In the intervening decades, The McEnery Company established itself as a stand-alone diversified real estate services company with a widely respected reputation for real estate valuation services across the Gulf South. Throughout this transition, the company also significantly expanded our brokerage, project management and consulting service platforms. From being retained as the lead real estate expert for the BP Deepwater Horizon litigation to recently capturing significant market share in our local real estate brokerage arena, The McEnery Company has developed a proven ability to service all aspects of real estate brokerage, real property consulting, project management and real property valuation.
