The NYBB Group has a rich history of helping individuals and entities successfully value, buy, or sell or a business. Our story begins in 2003, when Anthony Citrolo and Tony Calvacca create New York Business Brokerage Inc. to provide business brokerage services to main street businesses.

Our name and focus would later evolve into what we are today, The NYBB Group—a full-service, boutique merger and acquisition and business advisory firm committed to helping the small- and mid-sized businesses that make up the lower middle market.
