Formed in 2004, Third Coast Development is a Grand Rapids, Michigan based commercial real estate development firm.  We are focused on urban development, and build-to-suit projects.  We thrive on making difficult projects successful and by working to save potential landmarks from the wrecking ball. We are experts in tax credit and incentive based development.
