The company’s first investment was a 4 unit apartment complex that had deteriorated tremendously under previous management. Shortly after purchase, the property underwent a 6-month renovation. The property re-opened to its first set of residents in late 2012. The property remains a part of the Towne Housing Real Estate portfolio and continues to be a reminder of our core principles and daily mission.
