Since the beginning of 1998 the company offers UMP research infrastructure - ad hoc quantitative and qualitative panel studies. Research Infrastructure UMP - well-designed, multi-functional system of various marketing research, by means of which we provide all the quantitative and qualitative data, including the results of research trekking. UMP field covers all regions of Ukraine. It includes 25 regional supervisors, its own network of 420 interviewers and 25 independent inspectors. Interviewers underwent compulsory general training after recruitment and special training for each project in which they participated. All supervisors and interviewers have a good education, preferably higher, are involved in the marketing and media research (qualitative and / or quantitative) from 2 to 5 years. All research projects are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the International Code of ESOMAR (ICC / ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice).
