The goal was to create a more efficient and proactive platform that enhances engagement and accessibility. Although the product is still in development, the team has demonstrated excellent project management throughout the engagement. We had hired Unicoconnect for our software(ERP) needs. Basically we had various problems, starting from stock taking to billing. We were in need of a unified platform whereby our Civil Engineers on site can raise indent of required material, that is handed over to the purchase team and upon delivery the stock is shown in realtime.
