Wick Companies, L.L.C. is a New Jersey based real estate development, property management and brokerage company. Wick's portfolio consists of office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties. Wick handles all aspects of the real estate life cycle in-house: acquisitions, financings, approvals, architectural and engineering consulting and design, construction/development, brokerage, leasing and property management. In addition to developing and managing its own properties, Wick manages commercial properties for various institutional owners, acts as a court appointed receiver and provides brokerage services.
