Willow Stone

Erik Nissani, a native New Yorker, graduated with honors with a bachelor in Fine Arts from the esteemed NYU Tisch School for Film and Television. After graduating, he started a not-for-profit theater company called Closer Theater Company, which explored plays revolving around topics that affected present society. He then moved on to presenting, acting, producing and directing industrial videos for fashion companies such as Burberry, Bebe, JCREW, The Limited, Express and many more.

In late 2005, Erik decided to join JSN Properties as a commercial Real Estate Agent. Erik began to hone his skills and find a great rapport with clients from all different creative and business backgrounds.

In early 2012, Erik Nissani decided to start up his own brokerage named Willow Stone Realty. Erik is a tenant rep broker with immense skill in guiding tenants toward articulating their parameters and then delivering results that best satisfy those needs. Whether it is the tenant's first time in a commercial real estate transaction or if the tenant has a great deal of experience in real estate, Erik focuses on ensuring that the experience is always timely, informative and productive.
