We have been working on the Portuguese real-estate market since 1996. We are one of the main real-estate consultants in Portugal and a benchmark in the sector.

Over the years, we have reinforced the Advisor position with the main domestic and international companies. We were the first company in Portugal to develop and set up a team that was totally focused on research. We stand out in the real-estate market because of our One Stop Advisory strategy, multidisciplinary team, we are proactive and highly customer-centred.

Our strategy is based on a sound knowledge of the real-estate market allied with the integration of the expertise from our different departments and an exhaustive search of the main parameters and trends that define and affect the sector.

We were the first company to be regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Portugal.

We are a member of the Portuguese Real-estate assessment and consulting companies' association (ACAI) and we were one of the founding members of the LPI (Lisbon Prime Index).
