“Great management software”
Pros: The ease use and of training new employees, the ability to connect to most any 3rd party shopping cart, the EDI functionality. The auto-billing feature is an enormous time-saver.

“Very good”
Fulfillment is very simple. It wasn't hard to export orders and import orders. This web-based warehouse management software is exactly what we needed. It keeps tract of our inventory very easily with sleek reports. They have a billing wizard that allows us to bill for in/out and project work.

“Poor services”
If you need to modify any of the system functions, you need to pay for customization programming fee. Needs some more development on individual unit pick/pack capabilities for high SKU count & high volume operations.
