Counterparty redlines get a second pass. Tracked changes are parsed and answered without erasing the other side's markup, and returned files are fingerprinted against what was sent so silent edits surface.

Approved documents route to DocuSign, SharePoint or Google Drive on their own, and everything settles into a searchable register with expiration alerts, CSV export and bulk import.
