In early 2017, our founder Benoist Claassen bought his first crypto. After doubling his investment, he wanted to trade actively — but spent 6 hours a day flipping through charts just to find the right markets. Being a programmer, he built an algorithm to automate the search. It worked. In December 2017, he opened it to the public as the Crypto Base Scanner. Feature requests came flooding in.
