It took me a minute to figure out the more complicated issues but having "chat" saved me.
Getting to know the product took a while. Especially when it comes to the more complicated features. I did not go to boot camp because my organization could not afford it. It would be nice if that training were more reasonably priced. I have been able to build a database that suits all of our needs. I find the reporting to be lacking. When it comes to donors and community engagement, reporting is critical. Core does not have the ability to customize a report and it's embarrassing to say "Apricot can't do that" considering the price we pay. Our setup is a Household and then linked Client Profiles for each household member. I use the auto populate field for all household information that is going to stay the same for each household member. I also use the import tool a lot when we have a mass change that needs to be applied to many of our clients. Auto Populate and imports don't work together.
