As a Small Business Owner who uses different software for team management & collaboration. We use Argos Reporting software to solve our queries regarding ad-hoc analytics. The insights provided by this software enable us to make well-informed and timely decisions.  Pros • The software company provides outstanding customer support to its users. • Its features are immense, and the best thing about this software is that it is inexpensive. • It is proved to be the best software at the enterprise level. • You are provided with training videos of this software to help you transition. • There is no additional data required if you are transferring old crystal reports. This transfer is quick and efficient.  Cons • I wish I could get complete support of SQL, and its GUI is a bit frustrating. • It requires cascading filter coding when I am using multi-filters at a time. • Some complicated reports can not be successfully transferred through Argos software. • Some restrictions are there when you are making changes to reports. • Sometimes reporting gets on hold until the issues are fixed. • It does not have output access to Excel format; the SAML compatibility is the much-needed update.
