Good tool for case management. Feature rich and intuitive. Integrated document management with search and reporting. Able to manage users and organizations associated with a case. Complaints can be easily convert to a new case or linked to an existing case.

What do you like the most about ArkCase?

Lots of features for legal case management system (i.e., attorneys, OIG, investigative). Full featured FOIA and public records solution. External portal for public users. The ArkCase support team is really responsive in helping you get up and running. Documentation is available only for end users and developers without having to login. .

What do you like the least about ArkCase?

There viewer is feature rich but loads a little slow. The open source version only includes Pentaho CE versus the full version of Pentaho for analytics. .
