Bildrix is AI takeoff and estimating software for contractors who bid from PDF plan sets in the US and Canada, with electrical as its deepest trade. Upload a plan set and it names and scales every sheet, counts electrical devices from the sheet's own legend, measures wire runs, reads panel schedules into a Panel Editor, and counts rooms, doors, windows and walls. Anything under 60% confidence is queued for review, and every count, wire route and boundary stays editable on the sheet.

Counts price through your assemblies and price book; every line says where its number came from. The same thread carries on to a client-signed estimate sealed to the plan revision, AIA G701 format change orders and invoices with online payment.
