A Rough Start But They Finished With Class!
I am leaving 4-stars for Blainy because although I had an issue with my purchase/upgrade, the customer service agent within their Discord chat was courteous. After a good faith attempt to make things right, which did not work for me, they provided me a full refund. That meant a lot to me because as a full-time student, every dollar must be productive.
I assured Blainy I would be back once school is back in session, and to further show my appreciation, I am leaving this 4-star review. It would have been 5-stars except my initial emails sent to [email protected] and [email protected] requesting help went unanswered. Thus, giving me a scare that took me away from my studies for a few days as I "pulled-teeth" with my bank to investigate the situation.

What do you like the most about Blainy ?
What I like most about Blainy is the ease of use and intuitive prompts that ask you to approve its text/tone along the way. If you like it, just hit enter. If you don't there are other key strokes and prompts that will erase and rewrite the last bit of text. This is great because it doesn't rewrite the entire project like other AI tools do.
What do you like the least about Blainy ?
There can be errors during the upgrade process. Ingesting client supplied documents so that your work can be properly cited can be a frustrating process. Also, the upgrade itself, may not take hold right away. Hence, if the work is time sensitive, it may be best to not wait until close to the deadline.
