CBR Roof

The CBR is a spreadsheet to allow you to work with your flat blueline print of a home and to calculate the proper amount of shingles that a particular plan requires. It's programmed with the proper formulas for various roof pitches from 3/12 to 12/12. All you do is measure your blueline and use those flat measurements from the roof plan in the input areas. It's that simple. On the Summary, the tab is a summary and where you can cost out the roof. Estimating is a management tool for controlling construction costs that are integrated with a cost-to-complete accounting system and designed to automatically calculate lumber, roof, sheetrock, and more items with manageable input.
